Turning people into paddlers, athletes into champions, one adventure at a time!

Funded by Sport Manitoba, the Manitoba Paddling Asociation is a Provincial Sport Governing Body for competitive canoe, kayak and dragon boat in Manitoba. Our clubs offer year-round programs for youth and adults to maintain fitness and have fun on and off the water.

August Dragon Boat UnFestival

We're very excited to announce our dates for this years special August Dragon Boat UnFestival!

Instead of our traditional dragon boat festival format, registered teams will participate in two 500m time trial sessions between August 10th - 28th. Each teams fastest time will be posted on our leader board for all other teams to see and to determine which teams will take part in the finals on August 29th.

Safety for our paddlers, volunteers and staff has been our primary concern. Provincial Health Guidelines will be in place to ensure social distancing, crowd sizing and cleaning rules are followed. There will a maximum of 4 teams at each session and our volunteers and staff will be following our strict cleaning routine in between teams.

We're excited to see dragon boat teams back on the water! If you'd like to register please click here!

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
