Turning people into paddlers, athletes into champions, one adventure at a time!
Funded by Sport Manitoba, the Manitoba Paddling Asociation is a Provincial Sport Governing Body for competitive canoe, kayak and dragon boat in Manitoba. Our clubs offer year-round programs for youth and adults to maintain fitness and have fun on and off the water.
Orders and payments are due November 22nd!
Unfortunately, due to a shortage of trees this year, the Christmas tree orders have been placed earlier than expected. We cannot guarantee that we will have the tree you ordered but we will do everything in our power to accommodate your request! Order now using the attached form to ensure you get the tree or wreath you want delivered straight to your door (respecting minimal contact of course!).
Socially-distanced successes! Celebrate your accomplishments and give fellow paddlers and staff props for their support and achievements!

We're very excited to announce our dates for this years special August Dragon Boat UnFestival!
Instead of our traditional dragon boat festival format, registered teams will participate in two 500m time trial sessions between August 10th - 28th. Each teams fastest time will be posted on our leader board for all other teams to see and to determine which teams will take part in the finals on August 29th.
Safety for our paddlers, volunteers and staff has been our primary concern. Provincial Health Guidelines will be in place to ensure social distancing, crowd sizing and cleaning rules are followed. There will a maximum of 4 teams at each session and our volunteers and staff will be following our strict cleaning routine in between teams.
We're excited to see dragon boat teams back on the water! If you'd like to register please click here!

MPA staff and volunteers are responding to this situation by adapting our programs to meet public health recommendations.
We have made the diffcult decision to cancel our annual Manitoba School Dragon Boat Challenge and postpone the River City Dragon Boat Festival to the tentive date of July 17-18.
